The long pulsed single frequency polarization-maintaining fiber laser is a modularized pulsed fiber laser designed for long-distance coherent Doppler wind LiDAR application. Based on eye-safe operating wavelength, the fiber laser is suited for long-pulse applications, can produce a single-mode linearly polarized output.
Integrated with our particularly designed single frequency narrow linewidth seed laser source, the narrow linewidth can be down to 5kHz. Utilizing the cascaded acousto-optic modulator (AOM) to produce pulse signal with high turn-off ratio, the extinction ratio can exceed 100dB.
Description
This single frequency fiber laser adopts design of all polarization-maintaining (PM) fiber, achieving high polarization extinction ratio (PER) output. According to the requirements of application, high power three-port optical circulator can be integrated at the output end.

Optimally designed LiNbO3 phase modulator allows spectral broadening, the linewidth of output laser is at GHz level, it is possible to modulate the linewidth by means of radio frequency (RF) signal. The low noise fiber amplifier is used to extend the output power. This fiber laser is suitable for high power narrow linewidth single frequency amplifier system, the linewidth of GHz level enables SBS threshold to be greatly increased and provides output power at the kilowatt level, applicable to coherent beam combination (CBC) and spectral beam combination (SBC) system. The CKSF-R single frequency fiber laser is a kind of ultra-low noise lasers with narrow linewidth in the low kilohertz range which is below 1 kHz. These narrow-linewidth lasers deliver ultra-low phase noise and relative intensity noise, and the side-mode suppression ratio (SMSR) is over 55dB. Besides, high-intensity package is adopted to allow that the fiber laser is applicable to various environments, ensuring stable single longitudinal mode output and free of mode-hops even under changing environmental conditions such as temperature variance, vibrating and impacting, etc. The output power is at mW level, and higher output power can be tailored to your specific needs. The wavelength is available in range of 1010-1120nm. -

Based on the design of master oscillator power amplifier (MOPA) architecture or direct resonant cavity architecture, the narrow linewidth CW lasers can realize high power output ranging from milliwatt (mW) to hundred watts. The adopted pumps commonly are the semiconductor lasers or fiber lasers in waveband 793nm and 1570nm. These CW lasers come with linear polarization or random polarization, suitable for applications including device testing, medical treatment, remote sensing, LiDAR, mid-IR pumping, etc. and the wavelengths are available in 1908nm, 1940nm, 1950nm, 2004nm, 2050nm, etc.
